Mike Chamberlin


Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Oregon, Mike has worked with Bill Service in the restaurant and gaming industry since 1995. He has focused on developing the reporting and cash control systems needed to meet the unique needs of the state-regulated video gaming industry. In addition, Mike creates financial models and analyses of existing businesses and potential transactions and evaluates publicly available industry data for business opportunities. From 1998 to present, he has served as Finance Manager, followed by CFO of Elmer’s Restaurant’s Inc.

Doug Hodak

Operations Manager

Doug has over 20 years of experience in project management, operations, and process improvement. His tactical planning and implementation skills lend to IGS’ logistical/tactical capabilities. Doug concurrently obtained his Six Sigma BB certification and has managed several corporate level process improvement initiatives.

Cliff Mountsier

Senior Account Manager

Cliff brings over seven years of experience in the hospitality industry prior to joining IGS. Cliff’s work as a restaurant general manager lends credibility to our clients. At IGS, Cliff works with establishment owners on site selection, layout design, application support, and on-going marketing and training.

Kevin Krecl

Senior Technician

Kevin coordinates daily technician scheduling for the Chicago metro area while maintaining statewide inventory for IGS. He retains direct, hands-on experience as a technician while overseeing the field technicians as a team leader.

Krystall Myers

Service Manager

Krystall is responsible for the installation and service activity across the entire state. Krystall understands the smallest details of field activities while having a larger business perspective required to run a major, critical component of the company.

Teena Conrad

Compliance Coordinator

Teena handles submittal/processing of regulatory documentation, machine ordering/inventory, and software tracking/distribution. Her disciplined methodology and attention to detail ensures our operations team stays on course.

Julie Oja

Key Account Manager

Julie has worked in the gaming industry for over 16 years in a wide range of areas, including designing establishment layouts, overseeing construction, hiring and training staff, creating and implementing procedures, and developing inventory control systems.

Bob Lipkin

SR Account Manager - South Region

Bob brings over 25 years of sales, marketing and account management experience to IGS. His extensive background and knowledge of the gaming industry makes him instrumental in working with our customers to be the most successful establishments in the state.

Kaitlin Balmert

Marketing Manager

With a background in advertising, marketing, social media and sales, Kaitlin works with account managers and clients to develop tailored marketing plans and strategy. She enthusiastically manages and executes marketing campaigns as well as serves as graphic designer for IGS.

Marena Parrish

Finance Manager

Starting her finance career in 2006, Marena (Reenie) joined the IGS team in February 2013. Reenie oversees payables/receivables and distributes bi-monthly establishment earning statements. She also processes month end close, ensures reimbursements are compliant to IGB rules and regulations, and implements various financial policies.
